2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

All delivery times displayed on the website and checkout page are estimated values only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Oversized, thickened, or multi-piece combination adventure gear may require extended transit time. 3. Shipping Fees & Preferential Rules

5. International Shipping & Customs Responsibility

International orders for tactical outdoor accessories and adventure gear may be subject to destination country import duties, customs inspection fees, commodity tax, and administrative handling charges. All additional fees are not included in the order total and shipping cost paid by the customer.

The customer shall be solely responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and additional handling charges. We have no right to interfere with local customs inspection standards, detention cycles, tax rate regulations, and package release decisions for outdoor tactical products.

We are not liable for package detention, rejection, confiscation, return, or abandonment caused by foreign customs inspections, and no refund or compensation will be provided for resulting losses and additional fees.

If your shipping address is in an unsupported region, we will actively notify you and process a full order refund.

7. Handling of Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

After the package is officially handed over to the authorized logistics carrier, all risks of package loss, damage, and theft during transportation shall be transferred to the customer. We recommend customers choose trackable shipping services with delivery confirmation for all tactical gear orders to ensure shipping safety.

Delivered but Undetected Packages: If the carrier tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the goods, please check with neighbors, community property management, or local post office first. We can assist in initiating carrier investigation applications, but we will not refund or re-deliver orders confirmed as delivered by the official carrier system.

Transit Damaged Outdoor Gear: If the received tactical accessories or adventure gear has extrusion damage, part loss, functional failure, or appearance defects during transportation, customers must submit a damage claim application within 7 calendar days after delivery, and provide clear photos and videos of the damaged products and complete original packaging. After verification of valid claims, we will solve the problem through full refund, partial refund, free replacement parts, or free product replacement according to the actual situation.

8. Shipping Address Specification & Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for filling in accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping addresses during checkout. We will deliver goods strictly in accordance with the address information submitted in the final order. Address modification after shipment will incur additional logistics costs, which shall be borne by the customer.

Packages returned to the sender due to incorrect addresses, incomplete information, undeliverable locations, or customer refusal to sign for receipt will generate return and re-shipping fees, all of which shall be borne by the customer.
